PEA Tollway Corporation is to conduct its toll road business in accordance with established best industry practices in a socially responsible manner, to contribute to the social development of the communities we serve and to anticipate and address the needs of our employees, customers, investors, suppliers, regulators and other stakeholders.

The Company shall be a responsible employer with highly engaged personnel observing teamwork, integrity, excellence, customer focus and accountability in all their conduct and business relationships.  We shall interact with all our stakeholders in an open, transparent, fair, accurate, timely and understandable way to encourage and develop a sustainable and mutually rewarding long-term relationships.  The Company shall uphold the time-honored principle of public office being a public trust and shall operate under a Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees prescribed under Republic Act No. 6713.

PEATC, through its Environment, Safety and Health Programs shall ensure that a healthy and safe working environment is in place for all its employees and the people doing business with the Company.  We believe that all injuries, occupational illnesses and environmental incidents can be prevented thru effective management of a decent, healthy and safe work environment. Thereby, our company imposes strict protocols for contractors as well as for employees to ensure the safety and well- being of all people within our area of responsibility.

Environment

PEATC believes in promoting the environmental awareness of all our employees and the host communities around us. We encourage their engagement in initiatives aimed at achieving a more sustainable society.  We  aim to contribute in the preservation of our environment through our CARE initiated programs.

CARE, an acronym for Cavitex Advocates for the Rehabilitation of Environment, an employee volunteer organization that serves as the vehicle in promoting initiatives to mitigate environmental issues and ensure environmental hazard prevention, habitat conservation and pollution control. These programs are concretely expressed through the implementation of environment friendly activities such as: Zero waste management by establishing the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) that applies the principles of re-use, reduce and recycle; the establishment of Cavitex’s mangrove nursery that continuously propagate and grow mangrove seedlings to help rehabilitate the last remaining mangrove forest of Manila Bay; expansion of network through partnership building with similarly oriented organization and institutions while, participating in international and national environmental related events and lastly, the sustainable project on organic vegetable production through the urban gardening methodologies, to ensure that our employees have steady supplies of healthy organic food on their tables.
